Many colors and types of lipsticks exist. There are also some lipstick lip balms to add hydration and color.

Although the name is originally applied to lipstick, a baton (stick) of material within a tubular container, the term is usually related to the material, regardless of the method of application.

Women and girls should know that the market is full of endless options for choosing lipstick colors. Buying a good lipstick is not just about buying a lipstick shade that looks attractive, it is much more than that.

Different Types Of Lipsticks:

1. Sheer Lipstick: A little shine and spark

Sheer lipstick is the first choice of women who like a little spark on their lips. These lipsticks are enriched with moisturizing oils so that your lips do not stay dry. Whether it is your office or any party, this lipstick will be suitable with any of your dress or look. The drawback of these lipsticks is that they do not last long and require a touch every 4-5 hours. However, if your lips are dry or sticky, this lipstick would be the best option.

2. Matte Lipstick: A sophisticated velvet finish

Matte lipsticks give your lips a pure color with a smooth soft , and even texture. These are unlike sheer or glossy lipsticks which are all about a sparkling look. To understand the beauty and charm of this beauty you need to try it once and then you will fall in love with it. They are fantastic at hiding pigmented and dirty lips.

Quick advice:

To pull on an attractive matte lipstick, first apply a little balm to your lips. This balm will fill the uneven lips and giving your lips a full texture. So before using them, do moisturize your lips.

3. Glossy Lipstick: The glamorous lustre!

This lipstick gives your lips a pout and a shiny look which is great for dry and thin lips. These lipsticks have higher resistant factor. The good thing is that they are also deeply hydrating. They offer low to medium coverage and a semi-sheer finish. These liquid lipsticks are available in liquid form as well which basically look like lipsticks but eliminate a gloss. Also, if you like to attract people’s attention then these glossy lipsticks will definitely bring you something.

4. Creamy Lipstic: Texture and gloss

These lipsticks are simple to apply with a gliding flow. They are rich in oil and butter and are, therefore, excellent for nourishing lips. Also, apart from oils which are also sheer lipsticks, these lipsticks contain a high amount of wax. Wax helps to increase the staying power of lipsticks. Color payoff and coverage vary from shade to shade. It should also be noted that creamy lipsticks are perfect for cold climates as they tend to melt under hot, moist conditions. Keep them in the fridge in the summer to maintain their stability and prevent breakage. Many of us who do not want the hassle of prepping and lining your lips before applying lipstick, opt for these hands-down lipsticks.

CC cream is a marketing term derived from the marketing term Blemish Balm cream or beauty balm. “CC Cream” is used by some brands to claim color control cream, or color correcting cream, and some brands to reduce the appearance of skin redness or tenderness or improve uneven skin tone. BB cream and CC cream are both tinted moisturizers that have sun protection. There is neither a scientific definition nor a quantitative basis for the difference between BB cream and CC cream: the difference between the two from brand to brand.

CC Cream are designed for Indian skin tones. So you won’t find any difficulties to choose the perfect shade.
It starts out as a white cream then changes color as you blend it onto your skin. It comes in two shades Beige for fair to wheatish complexion and Bronze for slightly duskier skin tone and it blends in perfectly to match your skin tone.

CC cream gives more complete, foundation coverage. It still feels very light, as if you’re not wearing anything, but can actually help cover discoloration, age spots, or pimples. Since CC creams are very buildable, you can layer more or less as per your requirement.

It’s very simple—just spread it on your face and neck with the help of your fingertips before you leave home every morning. You can even use a foundation brush to apply your CC Cream.

CC creams will blend into your skin to give you a perfectly even, radiant skin tone; you just need to decide when to use which one depending on your requirement.

Layer your skin with a light moisturizer underneath for best results.

When choosing a foundation it is very important to determine your skin tone. There are three undertakings such as cool, warm and neutral on the basis of which you can choose a foundation.

  • Cool undertone – If you have blue or purple veins then its the cool undertone.
  • Warm undertone – If you see yellow/orange or olive /green vein it’s the warm undertone.
  • Neutral undertone – If you have both green and blue veins it’s the neutral undertone.

Your next step is to determine your skin tone, as skin tones are different from your undertone, it is a shade of your skin  (light, medium, or dark). The last step is to look for the right formula depending on your skin type which could be normal, dry or oily, which means if you have dry skin try some moisturizing and hydrating foundation and if it’s oily skin then use the mattifying foundation that controls excess oil secretion.

Yes, CC Cream is suitable for all skin types. However, it might be a little tricky for oily skin as it is moisturizing in nature.
